Payment Terms

Project Payments

• Deposit: 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• Late Payments: Interest may be charged on overdue amounts

Recurring Services

For ongoing maintenance and support services, payments are due monthly in advance. Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days notice.

Project Timeline and Delivery

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

Revisions and Change Requests

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered files, custom code, and content created specifically for your project. This includes custom themes, graphics, and written content developed by our team.

Third-Party Assets

Stock photos, fonts, plugins, or other third-party assets used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any ongoing licensing requirements.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no charge within 30 days of project delivery.
